Warranty

Parts we supply come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, damage caused by incorrect fitting or use, or parts that have been modified.

Wrong part or a mistake on our side

If we send a part that does not match our quote, or make a mistake with your order, we take the part back and send the right one or refund you.

How to make a claim

Write to sales@partcodehub.com or WhatsApp +90 510 221 08 67 with your order details, a description of the problem and photos of the part. Please do not send anything back before we confirm how and where to send it.

Other returns

Parts delivered as described in our quote are not taken back as standard. If you are not sure a part fits, ask us before you order and send your VIN: we will check fitment for you.

Any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country are not affected.
