partcodehub.com is operated by VMP Mühendislik ve İş Makineleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Perpa Ticaret Merkezi, A Blok, Kat 10-11, No 1349, 34384 Sisli, Istanbul, Türkiye ("PartCodeHub", "we", "us").

This page explains what information we handle when you use this website or send us a quote request, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What the website itself collects

You do not need an account, and the website has no form that sends your details to us. Your quote list and anything you type into the quote form stay in your own browser (local storage). They reach us only when you send the email or WhatsApp message yourself.

Like every web server, ours records technical data for each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure, and keep them only as long as needed for that.

Cookies and visitor statistics

The website works without cookies. Your quote list is kept in your own browser (local storage), not in a cookie.

Google Analytics, only if you allow it. When you first visit, we ask whether we may use Google Analytics. If you choose "Allow", it shows us how the site is used: which pages people visit, how they found us, which searches find no parts, and how many parts are added to quote lists and how many quote requests are sent. Google Analytics then sets two cookies in your browser, _ga and _ga_<ID>, which are kept for up to two years. If you choose "No thanks", or make no choice, Google Analytics does not run and sets no cookies.

We use Google Analytics only to improve the website. We do not use it for advertising: Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and the data is not shared with Google for advertising. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. We keep the Google Analytics data for 14 months.

Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics after you allow it. Tag Manager itself sets no cookies and does not collect data about you.

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and measures how fast our pages load. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not follow you across other websites. It records, for example, the page you view, the page you came from, your browser and device type, your approximate country and page load times. We see these figures only as totals.

Security. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site against attacks and automated traffic.

Changing your choice. Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your permission, Google Analytics stops and we remove its cookies from your browser. We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if this section changes.

When you send us a request

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive what you send: for example your name, company, email address or phone number, shipping country, VIN and the parts you ask about. We use this to prepare and send our quote, to handle your order if you accept it, and to keep the business records the law requires.

WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. Emails pass through your email provider and ours.

Legal basis

  • Answering your request and handling an order: steps you ask us to take before and under a contract.
  • Server logs, security and Cloudflare Web Analytics: our legitimate interest in running a safe website and improving it.
  • Google Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Invoices and business records: our legal obligations.

Who else receives your data

We do not sell your data. When you order, we pass the delivery details to the shipping company. Our hosting, security and statistics provider (Cloudflare), Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, only with your consent) and our email provider process data for us. Authorities receive data only where the law requires it.

We work with customers worldwide, so your data may be processed in a country other than your own. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited for visitors in the European Economic Area and the UK, and by Google LLC elsewhere; Google may process this data in the United States, where Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep request and order correspondence for as long as we need it for the business relationship, and invoices and order records for as long as tax and commercial law require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, and ask for it in a portable format. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. Write to sales@partcodehub.com for any of these.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.
