Terms of use
Last updated 20 October 2026
partcodehub.com is operated by VMP Mühendislik ve İş Makineleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Perpa Ticaret Merkezi, A Blok, Kat 10-11, No 1349, 34384 Sisli, Istanbul, Türkiye ("PartCodeHub", "we", "us").
These terms apply when you use partcodehub.com and when you ask us for a quote.
What the site is
partcodehub.com is a catalogue of aftermarket car, van and truck parts. Nothing is sold on the site itself: you send us a list of parts by email or WhatsApp and we reply with a quote.
Catalogue information
Part numbers, fitment data, specifications and photos come from manufacturers and suppliers. We take care with them, but they can contain errors. Before you order, check the part number against your old part, or send us your VIN and we will check fitment.
Prices and quotes
Prices on the site are indicative, in US dollars, and exclude shipping, customs duties and import taxes. The price, availability and freight cost that count are the ones in our written quote, which states how long it is valid.
Orders, payment and shipping
An order is agreed when you accept our quote and we confirm it. Payment details and terms come with the quote. We ship worldwide; the freight cost is part of the quote. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer unless the quote says otherwise.
Vehicle makes and trade marks
Vehicle makes, model names and original equipment numbers are used only to show which vehicles a part fits. They belong to their owners. PartCodeHub is not connected with any vehicle manufacturer.
Warranty and returns
See Warranty and returns.
Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by using the catalogue information without checking it, or for indirect or consequential losses, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
