Shipping and payment

There is no checkout on PartCodeHub. You send us your list, we reply with a quote, and the quote tells you how to pay.

How an order works

1. Send us your quote list or your part numbers by email or WhatsApp. Add your shipping country, and your VIN if you want us to check fitment.
2. We reply with a quote: prices, availability, the freight cost to your country and the payment method.
3. You pay as described in the quote, and we ship your parts.

Payment

You can pay in one of two ways:

• Bank transfer to our company account. Our bank details are in your quote.
• Credit card through a secure payment link that we send you with your quote.

The payment method for your order is always written in your quote. We never ask for card details by email or WhatsApp.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Once your payment is confirmed, we hand your order to the carrier within 24 hours on business days.

The freight cost depends on the weight of the parts and the destination, and is part of your quote.

Customs duties and import taxes in your country are paid by the buyer, unless your quote says otherwise.
