How quotes work
There is no checkout on this site. You send a list of parts, we reply with a confirmed quote, and you decide.
- Find your parts
Search by OEM, manufacturer or cross-reference number, or choose your vehicle and browse by category. Check fitment on the part page.
- Add them to your quote list
Set the quantity for each part. Prices on the site are indicative, in US dollars and without shipping.
- Send the list
By email or WhatsApp. Your message is written for you: add your shipping country and, if you have it, your VIN so we can check fitment.
- Get a confirmed quote
We reply with price, availability and the freight cost to your country.
- Accept the quote
If you accept, we send the payment details and ship the parts.
Questions
Are the prices on the site final?
No. They are indicative. The price in our quote is the one that counts.
What should I include in my request?
Part numbers and quantities, your shipping country and your VIN if you want us to check fitment. A photo of the old part helps when there is no number on it.
Do I need an account?
No. You only need an email address or a WhatsApp number.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Once your payment is confirmed, we hand your order to the carrier within 24 hours on business days. The freight cost depends on weight and destination and is part of your quote.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to our company account, or by credit card through a secure payment link. There is no payment on this site: the payment method is written in your quote.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, parts come with a 6-month warranty. If we send you the wrong part or make a mistake with your order, we take it back.
What does Price on request mean?
The part is in our catalogue but has no current price. Add it to your list and we will quote it.
